How do I place an order?
First you select the product(s) that you would like to purchase
by clicking on the corresponding Add to Cart button or Buy link.
When you have finished selecting the product(s) you would like to
purchase go to the Checkout. You will have to create an account
- this should take less than two minutes.
Do I have to create an account before
I can make a purchase?
Yes. You must create an account in order to buy online. If you do
not want to create an online account you can call us and purchase
over the telephone.
How do I create an account?
If you do not have an existing account you will be prompted to create
an account when you go to the Checkout or you can also click on
the My Account link. You will then need to complete the deatils
of the Create an Account form. All fields marked with a red asterisk
must be completed. When you are finished entering your account details
click the Continue button and a welcome email will be sent to you.
How can I pay for my order?
For local order the payment methods we accept are:
* CREDIT CARDS (Prior to processing your order, we may contact
you manually to confirm your address and credit card details as
a security measure)
* CHEQUES (personal and business cheques take 5 working days for
clearance)
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
When will my credit card be charged?
We use a “real-time credit card payment” facility, meaning
your credit card will be charged once your order is placed.
Do you use cookies on your site?
Yes. To order on our website, cookie needs to be enabled.
